Beaches
Crete is famous for its clean and beautiful beaches. We can guide you around the island and give you some information, but it is more fun if you explore the island yourselves and discover some of the many hidden and isolated beaches of Crete.

| 11 | Frangokastello : ideal for children and those who can't swim, shallow turquoise waters |
| 12 | Loutro : several pebble beaches can be found around the area with access by boat or on foot |
| 13 | Agia Roumeli : a shingle beach right at the end of Samaria gorge |
| 14 | Sougia : beautiful wide pebble beach with no facilities |
| 15 | Paleochora : one big sandy beach on the west and a pebble one on the east, both very beautiful |
| 16 | Elafonissi : tropical scenery, shallow turquoise waters and white sand, it can be a bit overcrowded |
| 17 | Falassarna : long and white sandy beach, crystal clear waters |
| 18 | Platanias : sandy beaches that stretch for many kilometres in both directions of the town |
| 19 | Georgioupolis : many long sandy beaches on the east of the village |
| 20 | Rethymno : a long sandy beach directly by the town and many more towards the east |
| 21 | Bali : small bays with sandy beaches around the village |
| 22 | Agia Pelagia : long and narrow sandy beach, very popular to the locals |
| 23 | Ammoudara : on the west of Heraklion, long sandy beach, popular to locals. |
