TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CAR HIRE

DRIVER’S AGE: Minimum 22 years old

DRIVER’S LICENSE: EU driving license or an international driving license at least one year old is required.

RENTAL PERIOD: Minimum 3 days

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The full amount is required upon reservation.

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines are to be paid by the renter.

FUEL: The car is delivered with a full tank of petrol and must be returned with a full tank as well. The cost of fuel consumption is the responsibility of the renter.

DELIVERIES: For deliveries to locations that are further than 50klm away from our base, there will be an additional charge.

Delivery hours: 8:30 am -21:00 pm.

Deliveries between 21:00 and 8:30 hours are on request and there will be an additional charge.

AVAILABILITY: Car models will be provided according to the original agreement. In exceptional cases however, we may provide a different model.

Road map and child seats are free of charge.

19% VAT taxes are included in our rates

INSURANCE POLICY:


Rental rates include the following forms of coverage:


COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW )
Fire, theft broken windows and third party insurance, tyres and 24-hour road assistance to the rented car


PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE:
Optionally available at 6 € per day for mini buses and 3 € for all vehicle types.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HOTEL BOOKINGS


• The prices advertised are correct at the time of the reservation. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these prices without prior notice.
• All the prices advertised in our site are available for reservations through us and not at the hotel directly.
• Unless otherwise indicated the prices for the accommodation includes cleaning, electricity, water & gas and bed linen.

Online reservations

• You can ask for price information for accommodation and also make a booking request subject to availability. After the availability of the accommodation is confirmed you will receive confirmation within 36 hours.

Terms of payment

• Immediately after you receive our confirmation you will have to reconfirm your booking by charging your credit card through our SSL server. Only after the payment is completed your request will be considered as a booking.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees may apply if cancellation is made for any reason.

The fees are as follows:
• Cancellation 90-61 days before the arrival: no fees
• Cancellation 60-31 days before the arrival: 30% of the total amount
• Cancellation 30-15 days before the arrival: 50% of the total amount
• Cancellation 14-1 days before the arrival or Non Show: 100% of the amount
